Sharing and Collaborating with Popplet

Sharing Popplets:
1. Create Your Popplet: Start by crafting your Popplet with your ideas, concepts, or plans. Use text, images, drawings, and links to bring your vision to life.
2. Click on "Share": Once your Popplet is ready, click on the "Share" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Choose Sharing Options: Popplet offers various sharing options to suit your needs. You can share your Popplet via email, social media platforms, or by generating a unique URL link.
4. Set Permissions: Decide whether you want recipients to view your Popplet only or allow them to edit it as well. You can customize permissions to control who can contribute to your Popplet. Click the ‘share’ button on the top right in the popplet, then toggle the globe icon, not the lock icon, so the popplet will be visible to anyone with the link.
Inviting Collaborators:
1. Open Your Popplet: Access your Popplet dashboard and open the Popplet you wish to use to collaborate.
2. Click on the Share Button: Located at the top right corner of the screen, the "share" button enables you to invite others to join your Popplet. Then use the ‘add collaborator’ field to enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite as collaborators.
3. Once you've invited a collaborator, they will receive an email notifications with instructions on how to access and contribute to the popplet, and the popplet will be available for the user in the ‘shared with me’ tab of their dashboard.
With Popplet's real-time collaboration feature, multiple users can work on the same Popplet simultaneously. This fosters dynamic brainstorming sessions, interactive workshops, and efficient teamwork. As collaborators make changes or additions to the Popplet, updates are instantly visible to all participants, facilitating seamless communication and idea exchange.
